PARENTAL ESCORT POLICY
While all children are welcome at the Harvest Festival, the event is intended as a family event. We are implementing a Parental Escort Policy that requires that the youngest guests – those 15 and younger – be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older after 8pm each evening.

Parade (Route starts at 15th Street and Mountain Ave then moves south to Pembina Ave. The parade then travels east on Pembina and turns north down Main Street. It continues on Main Street until Roblin Blvd.)
The Winkler Fire Rescue will be collecting donations for the Manitoba Fire Fighter’s Burn Fund, during the parade route. The Bunker will be selling refreshments as a fundraiser, before and during the parade.
