The Harvest Festival parade begins at 10am on Saturday, August 11, 2018.

Note, if you answer yes to this question, you MUST have people walking beside your entry to give items to spectators. Throwing items is strictly enforced. Anyone caught throwing items will be ejected from the parade.

Terms and Conditions of Participating in our Parade:

IF YOU PLAN ON DISTRIBUTING PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, YOU MUST HAVE PEOPLE BRINGING THEM DIRECTLY TO THE AUDIENCE MEMBERS. ABSOLUTELY NO THROWING OF ANYTHING DURING THE PARADE. NO BRAKE-STANDS, REVVING OF ENGINES OR ANY OTHER LOUD OR UNNECESSARY NOISES. ANY ONE FOUND TO BE BREAKING THESE RULES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY EJECTED FROM THE PARADE

If you have a large group of people as part of your parade entry, you MUST make plans to meet at a site AWAY from the marshaling area then proceed to marshaling together. There are not enough parking spaces at our marshaling site to act as a staging area.

We communicate only via email. You will receive marshalling information in early August about five days before the parade day (August 11, 10am)
