To become a vendor...

Thank you for your interest in the 2017 Winkler Harvest Festival & Exhibition!  To apply to become a vendor, please fill out the following information, and fax or email insurance. Forms can be emailed to harvestfestival@cityofwinkler.ca or faxed to 204-352-5915.  Vendors will be contacted within 24 hours concerning their acceptance.

Payment in full is required to accompany the application, however payment will only be processed upon approval from the Harvest Festival Committee.

Note:  Not all vendors are approved and the Harvest Festival reserves the right to give preference to returning vendors.

The basic fee includes: 10 feet frontage in an OUTDOOR SETTING and 3 Vendor Parking Passes. Nothing may stick out past your site including tent pegs or tie downs, etc. The Festival WILL NOT provide: Tables, Chairs, Tents/Canopies, Extension Cords, etc. We are unable to provide assistance in setting up your booth. (Note: Local Vendors are considered to be those located within 8 miles of Winkler.)
Space
When determining frontage and depth requirements, please include all hitches, tables, truck cabs and accesses to the end of the vehicle or booth. Additional vehicles are NOT allowed to remain on site during operating times. If special considerations must be made, please include vehicle dimensions in your overall requirements.

Please provide a detailed list of items you plan on selling. Be as detailed as possible, as you will only be permitted to sell what is on your list. In the interest of all Vendors, the Harvest Festival Committee reserves the right to limit what may be sold by any individual vendors. Should this be the case, you will be notified.

Electrical Fees *
Please use this space to describe any additional plug requirements. PLEASE NOTE: You will only receive the plugs you ask and pay for. Additional plugs will be charge to you at a flat fee of $200 (payable immediately on site). ANY UNFORESEEN PROBLEMS ARISING AFTER YOUR ARRIVAL THAT REQUIRES EXTRA SUPPORT FROM OUR ELECTRICIAN WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST TO THE VENDOR OF $200.
It is the Harvest Festival's policy that renters shall provide LIABILITY INSURANCE of $1,000,000 for itself and all of its participants. A copy of a valid insurance policy, must accompany the application for it to be considered complete. All notices of cancellation/modification of the insurance shall be provided to the winkler harvest festival & exhibition. to acquire insurance, you may contact your local insurance company.
Set up times
PLEASE SELECT YOUR IDEAL ARRIVAL AND SET-UP TIME. EACH VENDOR WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL at the end of july OUTLINING THE TIME SLOT (WITHIN ONE HOUR INCREMENTS) THAT THEY HAVE BEEN ALLOTTED. VENDORS ARRIVING OUTSIDE OF THEIR ALLOTTED TIME FRAME MAY BE REFUSED ENTRY. IF ENTRY IS REFUSED, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. NOTE: WHILE WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO PROVIDE EACH VENDOR WITH THEIR IDEAL ARRIVAL AND SET-UP TIME, THE HARVEST FESTIVAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJUST SET UP TIMES BASED ON SITE PLAN AND YOUR INDIVIDUAL LOCATION ON THE GROUNDS.

Payment *
Please provide us with your method of payment. NOTE: Cash/Debit payments may only be made in person at our Office within 48 hours of application submission. Cheques may be sent to our Office, and must arrive PRIOR to June 15th, 2016. Our offices are located at 185 Main Street, Winkler, MB, R6W 1B4.
Terms & Conditions
ANY VENDOR CAUGHT IN VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW MAY FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO ATTEND ANY FUTURE FESTIVALS. THE HARVEST FESTIVAL GROUNDS COMMITTEE HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO REMOVE ANY VENDOR WHO IS IN VIOLATION OF ANY OF OUR TERMS AT ANY POINT THROUGHOUT THE WEEKEND WITHOUT REFUND.
